Live & Silent Auctions
Tofino can help you organize every phase of your auction. As a web-based service, your volunteers can use Tofino from their home computers to work on pre-event night tasks. And you can monitor the progress of every task and phase at any time through the extensive and flexible reporting module. Here's a partial list of the things you and your volunteers can do with Tofino.
Procurement
- enter your target donor list, add notes, and track which of them has donated items and which have not
- enter items as they are pledged:
- write descriptions, titles and internal notes
- assign Fair Market Value, Starting Bids, Bid Increments and Buy Now price
- assemble lots, assign items to Silent Auction tables or the Live Auction
- track which items you have received and which ones you haven't
- display an online catalog-in-progress that your entire community can see
Ticket Sales
- Sell tables, bulk tickets, or individual tickets
- Designate table captains
Auction Set-Up
- Print lists of which Silent Auction items belong on each table
