Customer Service Pledge
At Northworld, our customer service
pledge is simple: We will work closely with you to ensure that your
team has the tools, training, and support to fully utilize the Tofino
service.
We understand that the difference between a good product and
an outstanding experience is customer service - and we promise to
provide both a great product AND outstanding customer service. Here's
how:
- Personal Relationships: A
Northworld representative will be assigned to your team to assist
you from the day you sign up until your event is completed.
- Timely Responses: We understand that
your event team may work irregular hours - and so will we. We will
respond to all email
inquiries within 24 hours - even on weekends!
- Event Day Support: On the day of your
auction, tournament, bake sale or other fundraising event, you will have
cell phone access to your Tofino representative because we know that any
problem on the day of your event requires immediate assistance. A Tofino
representative will be assigned to your team to assist you from the
day you sign up until your auction is completed.
